Ballroom/Conference Room
Ballroom – Ballroom has two fireplaces,
a pressed tin ceiling, hardwood floors and beautiful, stained woodwork. Located
on second floor.
- Rental Fee includes use of Ballroom, balcony area off
of the Ballroom, tables, chairs, tablecloths and catering kitchen (see
diagram below).
- Catering kitchen will include coolers and warmers.
- Ballroom will accommodate between 125-150 people. Balcony and Courtyard area
can accommodate additional guests. Additional guests can also be accommodated
by utilizing other areas.
- Handicap access will be available by elevator to the ballroom area.
- Rental times include setup prior to event and clean-up after event.
Conference Room – Conference room has
hardwood floors, a skylight and two beautiful chandeliers. Located on first
floor.
- Conference room will accommodate approximately 50 people.
- Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are included.
- Rental times include setup prior to event and clean-up after event.
