Ballroom and Conference Room Information
Our Ballroom has two fireplaces, a pressed tin ceiling, hardwood floors and beautiful, stained woodwork.
Use of the Ballroom includes the balcony area off of the Ballroom, and catering kitchen.
Tables and Chairs are included in your rental rate
Ballroom will accommodate up to 100 people comfortably. The Courtyard area and the use of the Suite (across the hall from the ballroom) can be used to accommodate additional guests
Rates are as follows (covers an 8 hour period):
Sunday – Thursday $250.00
Additional Fees include:
Alcohol Fee – if alcohol is being served a fee of 200.00 is assessed to cover the cost of security and additional clean-up
Clean-up Fee of $100.00 is assessed to cover general clean-up of common areas and facilities.
Damage Deposit (refundable) $200.00
The courtyard rental includes use of the fenced in courtyard area as well as the wrought iron tables and chairs.
The rental rate for the courtyard is $150.00.

Conference Room and downstairs Dining Room: The conference room and downstairs dining room are also available to rent from Talk of the Town, located on the first floor of the Fitzpatrick. Please contact them at 706-678-7661 for more information about renting these spaces.
