Pavilion Winery
The 2005 Merlot shows aromas of blueberry with notes of cola, unsweetened chocolate and spicy oak. On the pallet, the soft tannins nicely compliment the cassis and black berry. The lingering soft finish shows hints of rich, dark fruit.
The 2006 Chardonnay shows aromas of pear, vanilla, and toasty oak with hints of white peach. Ripe fruit flavors of pear, caramel apple and melon lead to long soft lingering finish. The balance of this lush medium bodied wine makes it a pleasure to savor on its own or enjoy with a wide variety of foods.

Excellent sweetness for a great price. Has an orange/mango component to it that really adds an nice depth of flavor. Excellent value for spicy meals.
