When looking for a hotel room, many people trick themselves into believing they want the cheapest place they can find. They are tempted by a slightly cheaper reservation price to make major concessions in their vacation experience. They look online and think to themselves, “3 stars is better than average. That’s good enough, right?”

They convince themselves that a stale bagel and watered down orange juice is an amazing breakfast just because it was free. They fall for the line, “Conveniently located right off highways 78 and 378,” forgetting that what that really means is listening to cars zooming past their windows all night long.

Because the only thing nearby is a couple of fast food joints and dollar-stores, any downtime will most likely be spent laying on the bed watching daytime television.
